Dear Members and Friends!
The SD and LA chapters are now accepting applications to present at the 2025 Joint Technical Conference of the San Diego and Los Angeles INCOSE Chapters to be held in San Diego on December 5–6, 2025. This year’s event will comprise both presentations and tutorials (2 or 4 hours), and we’re excited to recreate the great synergy the chapters shared last year in Orange County! Please apply to present!
THIS YEAR’S SCHEDULE
This year’s event will be held over the following two days:
FRIDAY, Dec 5 – Tutorials (2 or 4 hours each), plus a SEP paper exam!
SATURDAY, Dec 6 – The Keynote address and technical presentations (approximately 45 minutes each)
SUBMISSION PROCESS
All applications will be collected via EasyChair, the online conference management system. If you do not already have an EasyChair account, you can create one for free. Please submit your proposal using the following URL:

* Important: Please indicate in your Abstract whether you are proposing a presentation or a tutorial. If a tutorial, also specify whether you would want a two-hour or four-hour session. Thank you!
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Please submit your proposals no later than SUNDAY, October 12th!
SUGGESTED PRESENTATION TOPICS
You are FREE to submit a proposal on any topic you would like that is related to Systems Engineering! However, here are some suggested topics:

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATION
- Author(s) name(s) and contact information
- Title and abstract of your presentation or tutorial
- Presentation or Tutorial (if the latter, 2 or 4 hours)
- Keywords
- Optional paper submission
UPON ACCEPTANCE
If accepted, each presenter will also be asked to provide a short biography and a portrait image.
DECISION DATE
You will be notified of the decision to accept or reject the proposal by Sunday, 19 October, 2025.
