2024 STEM Celebration – A Fun Early Evening at Dave & Busters in CARLSBAD!
Come join us on Oct 19th from 4-7pm for our yearly INCOSE San Diego Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics (STEM) celebration honoring our Teachers and Students and their STEM projects, sponsored by generous STEM donations of San Diego corporations, individuals, and INCOSE members!
This year we are hosting our fun event at the Dave & Busters restaurant in CARLSBAD, with games, food and drinks! All kids will also receive a $20 game card.

Time: 4:00pm – 7:00pm (3 Hours).

Cost: $15 per ticket for INCOSE members, $20 non-INCOSE members. Or $50/$60 Family Pack (2 Adults and 2 Children) for INCOSE/non-INCOSE members. Children under 5 are free! (You may also pay at the door, although pre-registration is highly encouraged as it helps us plan ahead). Please Register Below

Join us for our 2024 SD INCOSE Science-Technology-Engineering-Math (STEM) celebration in honor of our San Diego county teachers and students! The event includes:
- Dinner and soft drinks (bar drinks available for adults)!
- $20 game card for each kid!
- Presentation of science projects by the 2023 STEM award recipients!!
- Raffle and prizes!
- Lots of FUN!
We will also see GREAT DEMONSTRATIONS of the 2023 STEM team projects! Please see below for full information on last year’s recipients of the chapter grants:
- Poway High School – Parts for new robot for FIRST Robotic competition
- Casita Center – GoPro HERO12 Black Creator Edition bundles
- Twin Peaks Middle School – Lego Education SpikeTM Prime Set
- De Portola Middle School – Electric guitar pickups and guitar parts
- Kelly Elementary School – STEAM Crunchlab Kits
The event will be at DAVE & BUSTERS in Carlsbad, an arcade-style sports bar & restaurant that guarantees a fun time for all ages! Activities include
- Games
- Billiards
- Large-screen TVs and sports events
- Party rooms, and
- Bar
We will have a dedicated room to hold the event.
All kids will receive a free $20 game card for the arcade!
Dinner will include a Youth Game Bites Buffet:
- Flatbread
- Pretzel dogs
- Wings
- Fries
- Unlimited coffee, tea, and sodas
- Dave & Busters also offers a full bar & alcoholic beverages
This event will also include a RAFFLE with cool prizes! Please inquire with the event officers once you arrive on how to obtain tickets. Proceeds go towards our STEM awards for 2024!
