ABSTRACT

Cybersecurity threat actors leverage the global supply chain of information and communications technology products and services as an attack vector against advanced systems, seeking to compromise targeted systems and/or extract critical design and operational information from them. In this presentation MITRE discusses Cybersecurity-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) methods that system developers and acquirers can execute to counter supply chain-based threats. MITRE discusses C-SCRM best practices, standards, and methods, and analyzes existing C-SCRM challenges and emerging industry capabilities.
