The San Diego Chapter has been honored with a Silver Circle Award from INCOSE, marking the eleventh time in as many years that the Chapter has received a Circle Award.  Congratulations to the Board of Directors and all of our members and thank you for your continuing work “to enrich, educate, and enlighten the INCOSE membership.”
