Ray Madachy Receives Tenure at NPS

Congratulations to Ray Madachy, a San Diego INCOSE member, for being awarded tenure at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in the Systems Engineering Department, and for being the first remote tenured professor in the history of the NPS.
