Abstract:

The best systems engineers don’t just know how things should be done, they are effective in steering an entire team in that direction. They can change the course of systems development, leading to more satisfied stakeholders. They are leaders in implementing INCOSE’s mission: to share, promote and advance the best of systems engineering from across the globe for the benefit of humanity and the planet. The Certification Program helps INCOSE accomplish this mission by setting a career path for systems engineers, steering them in the direction of becoming better engineers. This webinar will focus on the attributes at the highest level, Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), with several ESEPs talking about their own leadership and professional development activities.
