Presenter: Ms. Courtney Wright
Joining Instructions: (requires INCOSE Connect logon)
The best systems engineers don’t just know how things should be done, they are effective in steering an entire team in that direction. They can change the course of systems development, leading to more satisfied stakeholders. They are leaders in implementing INCOSE’s mission: to share, promote and advance the best of systems engineering from across the globe for the benefit of humanity and the planet. The Certification Program helps INCOSE accomplish this mission by setting a career path for systems engineers, steering them in the direction of becoming better engineers. This webinar will focus on the attributes at the highest level, Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), with several ESEPs talking about their own leadership and professional development activities.
Ms. Courtney Wright is an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) and the Program Manager for INCOSE’s Certification Program. In addition to her role with INCOSE, she has performed modeling and simulation for the United States Air Force; specialty engineering for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO); requirements engineering for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA); architecture and design development for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA); and Systems Engineering training development and delivery for the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). She lives in Houston, Texas, where she offers free systems engineering services to her friends and family, but they rarely take her up on the offer.
