Synopsis
This presentation will introduce known definitions of Human Systems Integration (HSI) and its relevant domains and provide updates on the INCOSE HSI Working Group. The remainder of the presentation will focus on techniques to present HSI analysis and results to various stakeholders across the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Throughout the presentation, there will be opportunities for all to share best practices and lessons learned on HSI and other user-centered disciplines.
Presenting a message, whether it is related to HSI, Systems Engineering, or another discipline that requires buy-in with stakeholders, is just as important as the technical work itself. This presentation aims to help systems engineers in persuading program managers and development staff that HSI is an important part of every project, from software to vehicles to social sciences.
